Reporting Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Stoleno™, please notify our copyright agent at copyright@stoleno.com with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent with the required legal information.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
